This award-winning, estate grown extra virgin olive oil is made from the acclaimed Koroneiki variety olives, grown in the seaside groves of Costa Navarino. Carefully gathered by hand from centuries old trees without mechanical means, these olives are taken to a nearby mill within a few hours from picking to maintain its nutrition characteristics and guarantee the lowest olive oil acidity (less than 0.3%). The olives are immediately cold processed and malaxed less than 20 minutes to preserve their lovely fruity and spicy flavor and distinctive aroma.
